   Jovera Tourism LLC acts as a registered travel organisation providing services in the visa application and travel service process. We provide support, information, and submission services to assist you in applying for visas and planning travel, but the final decision rests solely with the respective authorities (embassies, consulates, or immigration departments).

3. Service Overview

   Our services include, but are not limited to:

   • Guidance for visa application forms
   • Document checklists and preparation assistance
   • Submission of applications on your behalf (if opted by user)
   • Consultation for travel-related arrangements

   We do not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions are made by the relevant immigration authorities.

4. Optional Services and Charges

   We offer optional services such as express visa processing, document collection, and priority consultation. These may involve additional charges. All such services are clearly outlined during the booking process and are optional.

5. Eligibility

   To use our services, you must:
   • Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
   • Provide accurate and complete information
   • Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel period



6. Payments and Fees

   • All payments must be made to Jovera Tourism LLC official accounts only.
   • We accept secure online payments via Visa/MasterCard in AED.
   • Fees are charged for services rendered and may include both our service fee and government/embassy charges.
   • Prices may be updated without prior notice.
   • Payments made in foreign currency may incur conversion fees by banks or gateways.
   • Non-completion of payment within deadlines may result in cancellation.



7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   • Service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the authorities.
   • Government or embassy fees are also typically non-refundable.
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
   • Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations prior to submission or under force majeure conditions, after deducting processing charges.
   • No refund is issued for rejected, duplicated, incorrect, or incomplete applications.



8. Documentation Responsibilities

   You are responsible for:

   • Providing all required documentation promptly
   • Ensuring documents are valid, accurate, and complete
   • Submitting additional documents if requested
   • Supplying hotel bookings, flight itineraries, and emergency contacts when requested

   Failure to provide documents within 24 hours of request may delay or void your application.

9. Expedited Services

   Fast-track or express services are available at an additional cost and are dependent on embassy/consulate rules. These services aim to reduce processing time but are not guaranteed.

10. Visa Rejection and Liability

    • Jovera Tourism LLC is not liable for visa rejections.
    • Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the immigration authorities.
    • No refunds will be issued for rejected applications once submitted.
    • In case of rejection, we can assist with re-application (if allowed) for an additional fee.



11. Confidentiality and Account Security

    You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Jovera Tourism is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain confidentiality.

12. Force Majeure

    Jovera Tourism is not responsible for any disruption due to conditions beyond human control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

13. Intellectual Property

    Jovera Tourism website and mobile app is owned by Jovera Tourism LLC and protected under UAE and international copyright laws.

14. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.

15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

16. Phishing, Fraud, and User Safety

    Jovera Tourism LLC will never ask for your personal or financial information through unofficial channels. Report suspicious calls, emails, or activity to our support team at info@joveratourism.ae.

17. Amendments

مرحباً بكم في www.joveratourism.ae، الموقع الإلكتروني التابع لشركة جوفيرا للسياحة ذ.م.م (نحن،لنا). نحن متخصصون في تقديم خدمات المساعدة في التأشيرات، الاستشارات السياحية، وخدمات السفر للمستخدمين (أنت،الخاص بك) حول العالم. تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لموقعنا وخدماتنا.

ملاحظة: جوفيرا ليست جهة حكومية، بل مزود خدمات سياحة وسفر خاص مسجل.

1. قبول الشروط

   باستخدامك لموقعنا الإلكتروني أو التطبيق أو أي من خدماتنا، فإنك توافق بالكامل على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.

2. دورنا

   تعمل شركة جوفيرا للسياحة ذ.م.م كمؤسسة سفر مسجلة، تقدم خدمات دعم وإرشاد وتقديم طلبات للحصول على التأشيرات، ولكن القرار النهائي يعود للسلطات المختصة مثل السفارات أو القنصليات أو إدارات الهجرة.

3. نظرة عامة على الخدمات

   تشمل خدماتنا على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

   • إرشاد في تعبئة استمارات التأشيرة
   • قوائم التحقق من الوثائق والمساعدة في التحضير
   • تقديم الطلبات نيابة عنك (عند الطلب)
   • استشارات لترتيبات السفر

   لا نضمن الموافقة على التأشيرات. القرار النهائي بيد الجهات المختصة.

4. الخدمات الاختيارية والرسوم

   نقدم خدمات اختيارية مثل معالجة التأشيرات العاجلة، جمع الوثائق، والاستشارات ذات الأولوية. قد تتطلب هذه الخدمات رسومًا إضافية يتم توضيحها أثناء عملية الحجز.

5. الأهلية

   لاستخدام خدماتنا، يجب أن:
   • تكون بعمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر (أو بموافقة ولي الأمر)
   • تقدم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة
   • تملك جواز سفر صالح لمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر من تاريخ السفر

6. المدفوعات والرسوم

   • يجب أن تتم جميع المدفوعات لحسابات شركة جوفيرا الرسمية فقط
   • نقبل الدفع الآمن عبر الإنترنت باستخدام Visa/MasterCard بعملة الدرهم الإماراتي
   • تشمل الرسوم رسوم خدماتنا ورسوم الجهات الحكومية/السفارات
   • قد يتم تحديث الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق
   • قد تُطبق رسوم تحويل عملات من قبل البنوك أو بوابات الدفع
   • عدم استكمال الدفع ضمن المهلة قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الطلب

7. سياسة الاسترداد والإلغاء

   • رسوم الخدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تقديم الطلب للجهات المختصة
   • عادةً ما تكون رسوم السفارة أو الحكومة غير قابلة للاسترداد
   • يتم استرداد المبالغ (إذا انطبقت) لنفس وسيلة الدفع
   • قد يتم إصدار استرداد جزئي في حالات الإلغاء قبل التقديم أو ظروف قاهرة بعد خصم رسوم المعالجة
   • لا يتم إصدار أي استرداد في حالة الرفض أو التكرار أو الأخطاء في الطلبات

8. مسؤوليات التوثيق

   أنت مسؤول عن:

   • توفير جميع المستندات المطلوبة بشكل فوري
   • ضمان صحة وسلامة المستندات
   • تقديم مستندات إضافية عند الطلب
   • تقديم حجوزات الفنادق وتذاكر السفر ومعلومات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ

   عدم تقديم المستندات خلال 24 ساعة من الطلب قد يؤدي إلى تأخير أو إلغاء الطلب.

9. الخدمات السريعة

   الخدمات العاجلة متوفرة مقابل رسوم إضافية وتعتمد على قوانين السفارات. هذه الخدمات تهدف إلى تقليل وقت المعالجة لكنها غير مضمونة.

10. رفض التأشيرة والمسؤولية

    • جوفيرا ليست مسؤولة عن رفض التأشيرات
    • الموافقة على التأشيرة تعود للسلطات المختصة
    • لا يتم إصدار استرداد في حالة الرفض بعد تقديم الطلب
    • يمكننا المساعدة في إعادة التقديم (إذا سمحت الجهة المعنية) مقابل رسوم إضافية

11. الخصوصية وأمان الحساب

    أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به ناتج عن تقصيرك.

12. القوة القاهرة

    جوفيرا غير مسؤولة عن أي انقطاع في الخدمة بسبب ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة مثل الكوارث الطبيعية أو الأوبئة أو الإضرابات أو القيود الحكومية.

13. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

    الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق مملوكان لشركة جوفيرا ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية في الإمارات والقوانين الدولية.

14. التعديلات

    نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم نشر التحديثات على الموقع وتصبح سارية فوراً.

15. القانون الحاكم

    تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات. وتسري أحكام محاكم الإمارات بشأن أي نزاعات.

16. السلامة من الاحتيال والتصيد الإلكتروني

    لن تطلب جوفيرا منك أبداً معلوماتك المالية أو الشخصية عبر قنوات غير رسمية. الرجاء الإبلاغ عن أي محاولات احتيالية على: info@joveratourism.ae

17. التعويض

    باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على تعويض شركة جوفيرا وموظفيها عن أي خسائر أو مطالبات ناتجة عن استخدامك للموقع أو الخدمات.

18. موافقة التواصل

    باستخدامك لمنصتنا، فإنك توافق على استلام التحديثات المتعلقة بالحجوزات أو العروض الترويجية. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت.

19. الإقرار النهائي

    باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على جميع الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
